OU Hockey sets 2008-2009 player roster |

Head Coach Tom Murphy has named twenty-six OU student/athletes to the 2008-2009 University of Oklahoma® Hockey club roster. Twenty-two players return from last season's squad which finished the 07-08 season ranked 6th nationally in the ACHA D1 Final Ranking.
The Sooners roster is evenly balanced with seven seniors, seven juniors, eight sophomores and four freshman. Ten different states are represented on the OU Hockey roster, with Texas having the highest representation on the club as 11 Lone Star natives are on the OU Hockey roster. Alaska and Arizona each boast three players on the Sooners roster while there are two homegrown Oklahoma players on the squad. The 2008-2009 University of Oklahoma® Hockey club roster is:

===== The 2008-2009 OU Hockey regular season gets underway on the road on September 19th as the Sooners travel to Lynchburg, Virginia to face the No. 4-ranked Liberty Flames.
